Tanicath General Trading and Supplies (PTY) Ltd, fully Certified, Registered & Accredited, came into being in December 2013, after I had worked for three companies in less than a year that did inferior, sub standard work, and provided terrible back up and after sales services.
I tried to change this, but each and every time, I got ignored, shoved away or got all kinds of excuses...
I got to the point where I could not sleep at night and felt so guilty I resigned and found a new job each time.
After the third time in 12 months, I decided to start my own Company, which would offer high standards of installations, repairs that you didn't have to go back to every week, and back up service which would include Monthly Maintenance Contracts tailor made to suit the client / customer's particular needs and budget
We would only use the best Brands and Suppliers, and offer a reasonable labour cost and mark up on our goods,
In short, we wanted to stand out among the rest,
and expand on referals and compliments.
We insist that the client / customer must be with us when we do an assessment or quotation, as we feel it is very important that they see the actual reason for needing something, an explanation why, and the various options they have,
not just a random quote and price
